The first Parents Night out of the year is upon us!! 

Parents Night Out

Friday, August 27th 6 p.m.

  • Diary of a Wimpy Kid (Rated PG)  94 mins run time
  • Write your own “diary” activities
  • Pizza and Lemonade

 Don’t Miss out on the first P.N.O. of the year!!

Parents Night Out Activities:

6:00-6:15       Drop-off (Students will be issued nametags)

6:00-6:30       Domino’s Pizza and Lemonade

6:30-7:15       First-half of Diary of a Wimpy Kid (Rated PG), or crafts, coloring, and more

7:15-7:30       Intermission Popcorn and Lemonade

7:30-8:45       Second-half of Diary of a Wimpy Kid (Rated PG), or crafts, coloring and more

8:30-8:45       Pick-up (Adults must have Photo ID and be prelisted to pick-up)

  • Walk-ins cannot be allowed in order to plan for food and volunteers.
  • Pajamas and Pillows are welcome. However, all clothing must follow school dress code.
  • WWES and its PTO say NO to: Blankets, bare feet, toys, food, beverages, and cell phones.
  • Only Washington Woods students may attend. Exceptions made if parent is a chaperone.
  • Late registrations may be returned. Forms and money must be sent in by Wednesday, August 25th.
  • Please contact Amber Ward at (317) 650-1189 / mae.belle@hotmail.com with any questions, comments or concerns.
  • Refunds will only be given if Movie Night is cancelled.

It was a huge success!

The PTO will be hosting a Kindergarten Reception for those parents dropping their little ones off tomorrow.

The AM reception is at 8:35 in the Multi Purpose Room, and the PM reception will be at 12:30.

Please come join us for refreshments.

Please come visit us in the caferteria for various icecream treats and lemonade. Kelties will also be passing out various dessert samples as well!

There will also be a Community Information Event in the multipurpose room. Several local churches, vendors,  and organizations will be there passing out information. 

You will also get to take a tour of the school, find your child’s classroom, and then meet their teacher!

Please feel free to bring your child’s school supplies so they don’t have carry it all on the first day.

Icecream Social 5:30pm – 6:30 pm

Community Information Night 5:30 pm – 7:00 pm

Meet the Teacher 6:00 pm – 7:00 pm
